The conditions that apply to anyone who uses this website or submits a request through it.
Last updated August 2026
By opening, browsing or submitting information through jacobmotors.com, a visitor agrees to the conditions set out on this page. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.
These terms apply to every part of the site, including informational pages, contact forms and account registration. Continued use after an update signals acceptance of the version published at that time.
JacobMotors publishes general educational material about auto insurance and accepts requests for quotes and coverage information. The site is a source of guidance and a point of contact, not an insurance carrier.
Nothing published here binds coverage, issues a policy, approves a claim or guarantees that any particular protection will be offered. Coverage exists only once an insurer has issued a policy and the terms of that policy control what is and is not covered.
Use of the forms on this website is limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined without further explanation.
Quotes and coverage suggestions are produced from the details a user supplies. Incorrect vehicle information, an inaccurate driving history or an incomplete list of drivers will produce figures that do not hold up once an insurer reviews them.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of everything they submit and for updating it when circumstances change. JacobMotors is not liable for outcomes that follow from information that was inaccurate when it was provided.
Registration creates an account tied to a single email address. The account holder is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for any activity carried out through that account.
Suspected unauthorized access should be reported through the contact details published on this site so the account can be secured. Accounts created with false details may be closed.
Where a visitor gives permission during registration, JacobMotors may send messages by email, SMS or telephone about a submitted request and about related insurance offers.
A reply of STOP to any text message ends further texts. A reply of HELP returns assistance information. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. Withdrawing consent to marketing messages does not prevent replies to a direct question already sent.
The following are not permitted anywhere on this site:
The text, layout, graphics and structure of this website belong to JacobMotors unless otherwise stated. They may be read and shared by link for personal, non commercial purposes.
Copying, republishing or adapting material from this site for commercial use requires written permission in advance.
Material on this website is general in nature. It does not take account of any individual's finances, driving record, vehicle or state requirements, and it is not legal, financial or tax advice.
Insurance rules differ by state and change over time. Anyone relying on the material here should confirm the position with their insurer, an appropriately licensed professional or their state insurance department before acting on it.
Some pages may link to outside websites for reference. Those sites are operated independently and their content, privacy practices and security are outside the control of JacobMotors.
A link does not amount to an endorsement, and visiting a linked site is done at the visitor's own risk under that site's own terms.
This website is offered as it stands. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it accurate and reachable, but no promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, free of error or suitable for any particular purpose.
Pages, features and published material may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JacobMotors is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including loss connected to a coverage decision made by an insurer.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow such a limit.
Disputes should first be raised through the contact details on this site so they can be settled informally. Where that does not resolve matters, disputes connected with the site or these terms are to be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
Claims are brought individually. Class actions and consolidated proceedings are not available under this agreement, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
These terms may be revised so they continue to reflect how the site operates and what the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
Visitors are encouraged to read this page again from time to time. Using the site after a revision means the revised terms apply.
Questions about these terms can be sent using the details published across this site.
